One is the loneliest number.....



I started with two HUGE bags of apples a week ago last Friday. I have made fried apples, crockpot applesauce, apple slices in the microwave and now this....



I have one apple left.. wonder who will eat it?

    OH YUM!!!!! That pie looks so good! We're going apple picking this weekend so apple pie is definitely on the to-do list!

    So today is the last day of the challenge, right? I have my quilt almost done. Do I just send you a photo when it's done?
