So yesterday I am making the Thanksgiving dinner menu and then a grocery list. One of recipes I wanted to make is a green jello recipe. It's not JUST green jello, but that's what we have always called it. Most of my immediate family doesn't even like it. Wait...I think I might be the only one that DOES like it...lol Anyway...I want to make some. I find the document on my computer and lo and behold it is from 2008 and it's a .wps file.. dang it...I don't have "word" software anymore and don't want to download it, so Rich googles and found this site... It will convert any file extension to any other file extension...so I tried it out. Very easy...and they send the converted file to your email... so easy...

Just in case you want the recipe for the green jello...
Green Jello
1-8 oz cream cheese
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple
3 oz pecans
3 small pkgs lime jello
1 cup milk
Drain pineapple and keep ½ c of juice.
Dissolve jello in 1 ½ C boiling water, add 1 ½ c cold water and ½ c juice. Cool to egg white set.
Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add jello with cream cheese/milk and add pineapple and pecans
Pour into pan and let set.
1 9x13 pan
