I aim to please....

Pat asked if I could please fan out the fq's so she could get a better view, and Linda wanted to know why she had to "sit upside down" to see them. The kiddos that I watch after school went home early yesterday (yea!) so I got out the camera and did some photographing.....

Here's the browns.... Aren't they pretty?

And the blues...

These are very unusual colors for me... I tend to be drawn to more modern prints or brights or black and whites... Not these muddy, dull (to me) colors. But I think they will look nice using this pattern...

What do you think??

Nancy

are these what you call reproductions? civil war?

I don't know if they are Civil War or reproduction fabrics, but I DO know that they are elegant-looking and I like them a lot. I will look forward to seeing photos of your pattern done up in them. Thanks for taking the photos so we could see how pretty these fabrics are!

The browns are lovely and the blues are even better. You are out of your realm but it will make great man quilts.

They are reproductions. I have many of the same prints. I can't wait to see your quilt. It will be gorgeous. Sometimes it is nice to step out of the box.

Some of them are reproduction Civil war prints. I've got a couple of the ones you have. And I can't wait to see this pattern made up. I have the same pattern, but never thought about making it up with CW fabrics. It will look great!
