PSA...

clunk....clunk....clunk....

hm..

time to clean...

I clean my machine about every 3 hours of sewing. Especially now that I am sewing with charm squares. I get many more fuzzies off of those charms with the jagged edges..

Remember to be nice to your machine.. Clean it regularly and change your needle either every project or every 8 hours of sewing.

This has been a Public Service Announcement brought to you by your sewing machine.

Thanks so much! Actually, I share my machines with my daughter, and it is amazing how much fibers can accumulate!

Thanks for the reminder Nancy! I try to be strict about both cleaning and changing the needle, and bless that little Bernie, even tells me to oil her!

Nancy, I'm laughing really hard here. My girlfriends and I are always sewing and usually clean our machines but a retreats, we sometimes forget andd as you've said, you hear that chunking sound.
Thanks for the reminder!
