Not much of a snow day....

Well, it snowed for about an hour and a half here. Not enough to even cover the street. This is the view from my sewing room. I did watch the noon news and not 10 miles south of here, the snow is 4 inches deep and blowing so heavy you can't see across the street.

I thought I would work on the Spring Fling first border. This isn't due for awhile, but I am determined to not be late. This is my first swap with this group and I want to keep my good reputation....lol
Here is the finished block with the first border.

Now back to the sewing room. I think I will pull some fabrics for the lunch boxes for the girls...

Happy Sewing,
Nancy

Your lunch bags are cute. I guess you lucked out on a snow day, huh? We're getting rain here in NH tonight.

Good to hear from you Nancy! The quilting tools make domestic machine quilting so much easier, resulting in a much nicer looking quilt. You have been sew busy...nice things, the lunch bags turned out great. We are getting the snow (20F) that you missed out on...sorry, yeah, right! LOL, aren't we all ready for some spring weather now?

Thanks for visiting my blog. Nice to meet someone new. How lucky is Mary Anne?
